POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

 

Admissions –

Families are responsible for filling out and returning all Sprouts paperwork, providing a copy of immunizations record (having a copy of file is required by the state of RI), and upon sign up a non-refundable $150 registration fee to hold your child’s spot at Sprouts.

 

Tuition/Payment Policy- 

Families are responsible for paying tuition on the first of each month.  ( 5 day grace period)

10% off for entire year's payment in full at time of first month's payment.

Required 30 day written notice to withdrawal (otherwise full month payment is due. Military moves, job relocation exceptions.)

 

Open-door Policy-

Sprouts welcomes parents to drop in anytime.

 

Drop off/Pickup/Parking-

Drop off and pick up will occur between the hours of 8:30 and 3. Feel free to park in the driveway or in front of the house. I encourage parents to stay for a few minutes to ensure a smooth transition.

 

Holidays and School Vacations –

Sprouts will follow the Middletown Public School calendar for holidays, and school vacations. Hour delays and snow days as well.

Families are still responsible for tuition on holidays and school vacations.

 

 Sickness Policy-

A sick child should be fever/symptom free for 24 hours before returning to Sprouts.

 

Confidentiality-

Sprouts always believes and practices confidentiality for all children and families.

Child’s Records/Immunizations-

Having a copy of child immunizations is required by the State of RI.

 

Toileting Policy-

Children that attend Sprouts are expected to be potty trained. Accidents happen and I will roll with it, no worries!

 

Discipline-

Redirection and teachable moments!

 

Child Assessments –

Children will be assessed throughout the year to help guide my instruction and ensure each child’s needs and interests are being met.

 

Supervision – 

Supervision and safety are number one at Sprouts. Children will never be left alone at any time.

 

Birthdays – 

Sprouts is happy to celebrate your child’s birthday! Treats are welcome!

Sprouts 100% supports family involvement, if you have a special talent or tradition, I would love for you to share it with us!
